CLOE: Clothes Looting Expanded

A comprehensive clothing loot overhaul for Cyberpunk 2077. This mod restructures how clothing drops throughout Night City. Gang members now drop faction-appropriate apparel—Tyger Claws drop Asian-inspired streetwear, Valentinos drop Latino-styled clothing, Maelstrom drop industrial gear. Each district's containers feature location-themed styles matching the area's culture and inhabitants. The mod includes quality scaling based on player level, unique boss drops, and style variety systems. Additionally, Phantom Liberty (EP1) clothing items are seamlessly integrated into Night City's loot tables with balanced drop chances, letting players find Dogtown fashion without leaving the main map. Requires TweakXL.

In vanilla Cyberpunk 2077, killing gang members drops ZERO clothing. All clothing

comes from containers and quest rewards only.

This mod adds:

- Faction-themed clothing drops to all gang NPCs

- District-based clothing drops to containers/crates

- Enhanced boss drops with guaranteed high-quality clothing

- Quality scaling based on district wealth

- Phantom Liberty Dogtown/Barghest support

- Expanded style variety for more diverse loot

- EP1 Clothing Expansion: Dogtown's "cool" clothing items now appear in Night City!
