Cyberpunk 2077 patch 2.5 + Phantom Liberty | Redscript only
Your kill record, right in the game's Stats screen.
Cyberpunk 2077 quietly tracks some of your kills but never shows them to you, and it doesn't track civilians at all. Kill Stats adds two new tiles to Character > Stats, under the vanilla ones: a full KILLS breakdown, enemies and civilians apart, and a STYLE & RECORDS sheet with your favourite weapons, the factions you hit hardest, your headshots, silent takedowns, longest kill and best killing spree.
At a Glance
- Two new tiles on the Stats screen, styled like the vanilla ones. Hover a tile to open its list.
- Enemies and civilians counted apart: killed, finished, knocked out, defeated, plus robots destroyed
- 21 weapon types and 19 factions tracked; your top 3 weapons and top 2 factions are shown
- Style and records: silent takedowns, headshots, kills in slowed time, best spree, longest kill, longest time without killing
- Imports your past kills once from the game's own hidden counters, so an old save doesn't start at zero
- 12 languages, picked from your game language
- Saved in your save file: every playthrough has its own record
- Redscript only: no RED4ext, Codeware, ArchiveXL or TweakXL needed
The Two Tiles
The Stats screen only has room for two extra tiles, so everything is packed into two lists of about 12 rows each. Rows still at 0 are hidden until they count something, so the lists grow as you play.
KILLS
ENEMIES
- Killed: dead by your hand
- Finished: downed first, then killed
- Knocked Out: taken down non-lethally
- Defeated: downed and left alive on the ground
- Robots Destroyed: drones, mechs and robots
- Kills Before This Mod: imported from the game's own counters
CIVILIANS
Killed / Finished / Knocked Out / Defeated
STYLE & RECORDS
- TOP WEAPONS: your 3 most-used weapon types
- TOP FACTIONS: the 2 factions you've downed most
- Downed Without Being Noticed: they were still relaxed
- Headshot Kills
- Downed in Slowed Time: Sandevistan, Kerenzikov, focus perks
- Best Spree: most kills within 60 seconds
- Longest Kill: in metres
- Longest Time Without Killing: in-game hours
- Time Since Last Kill: in-game hours
What's Tracked
21 weapon types
Pistols, Revolvers, SMGs, Assault Rifles, Precision Rifles, Sniper Rifles, Shotguns, Machine Guns, Blades, Knives, Blunt weapons, Fists, Mantis Blades, Gorilla Arms, Monowire, Projectile Launcher, Explosives, Vehicle Weapons, Quickhacks, Takedowns and Other.
19 factions
Tyger Claws, Valentinos, Maelstrom, 6th Street, Animals, Voodoo Boys, Scavengers, Wraiths, Moxes, Aldecaldos, Barghest, Arasaka, Militech, Kang Tao, Biotechnica, NetWatch, NCPD, MaxTac and Other. Faction names show as the game names them.
What Counts
- Only what V does, in V's own body. Kills by companions, while playing as Johnny, in the VR tutorial or as any other character a mission puts you in don't count.
- Robots, drones and mechs count as Robots Destroyed, not as kills.
- Finished means an enemy you downed first, then killed.
- Downed counts each NPC once, however it went down.
- Takedowns include patch 2.5's netrunner takedowns, aerial takedowns and dumpster takedowns.
- Unnoticed means the victim was still relaxed: not searching, not in combat.
Your Past Kills
Installing into an existing save? The game has been counting your enemy kills since the start of that save, it just never showed them. The first time Kill Stats runs on a save it copies those numbers in once, shown as Kills Before This Mod.
- Imported kills fill Killed, Finished, Knocked Out, Defeated, Downed, Melee and Ranged.
- Civilians, Weapons, Factions and Style & Records start at 0: the game never tracked those.
Languages
English, Portuguese (BR), Spanish (ES and MX), French, German, Italian, Polish, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Korean and Russian. The mod follows your game's on-screen language.
Translators: a game localization file with the keys Mod-KetKS-<Key> overrides the built-in text, so a new language can ship as its own small mod.
Compatibility
- Works with and without Phantom Liberty.
- The game's own counters and achievements are left untouched.
- Replaces no game files and edits no TweakDB records.
- Don't use it with Ultimate Kill Counter: both add categories to the same Stats screen.
- Not with the mod.io edition: Kill Stats is also coming to the in-game Mods menu (mod.io). Use one or the other, not both.
- Pairs well with Criminal Tendencies (civilian takedowns) and Civilian Drops.
Troubleshooting
- No new tiles on the Stats screen: make sure redscript is installed and up to date for patch 2.5, and that the files are in
r6\scripts\Ket_KillStats. - Script compile error at startup: check
r6\logs\redscript_rCURRENT.log. It usually means an outdated redscript, or another kill counter mod installed alongside. - A tile looks empty: rows at 0 are hidden. Go and get some kills.
- A kill didn't count: tell me how it happened (weapon, takedown type, mission) in the posts tab.
Credits
Written from scratch. Inspired by Ultimate Kill Counter by Atticus and Kill Counter by darkelf44: thank you for the idea of putting kills on the Stats screen.
Thanks to jac3km4 and the redscript team.
Enjoyed it? An endorsement helps a lot.
