Stock a store people actually recognise

The shelves in ChaosMarket are full of invented brands. Products Replacer swaps them for the real thing: the magazine rack becomes a proper newsstand, the music aisle fills up with albums you own, and the snack shelf finally carries the chips you'd actually buy. Same store, same chaos, except now every label is something you recognise at a glance.

It changes what's on the shelf, not how the shop works. Prices, stock levels, customer behaviour, delivery timings and progression are all untouched.

What you get on this release

63 products renamed and 34 new packaging textures**, across five aisles:

Album covers, magazine fronts and snack bags all get matching artwork, so a Metallica CD looks like a Metallica CD when a customer carries it to the till.

Impact on your game

Everything here is cosmetic and entirely local to your machine. Your save is never modified — the game tracks products by internal ID, never by name, so renaming can't corrupt anything and uninstalling reverts the store to stock on the next launch. In multiplayer you'll see your own shelves; other players see theirs.

The one thing you'll genuinely notice is that restocking gets easier on the eyes. Picking "Doritos — Cool Ranch" out of a delivery crate is quicker than parsing an invented brand name you've never seen before.
