Improved Generals Traits Tree

Reworks the general traits tree, offering more versatility and reworking the current balance so that there are many more options to choose from. (remove the no brainer "Adaptable", for instance)

Adds over 80 traits, pairs unlockable skills by groups of 3 mutually exclusive traits, 2 groups per Earned trait, and one standalone trait (which does not lead to a field marshall trait)

Total level cap up from 9 to 20

Skill points per level down from 3 to 2

XP is a little faster to get

Field marshall XP up from 30% to 50%

1. Extract it if it comes as a .zip or .rar.
2. Place the mod folder and its .mod file in: Documents/Paradox Interactive/Hearts of Iron IV/mod
3. Open the Hearts of Iron IV launcher.
4. Go to Playsets.
5. Add or enable the mod.
6. Start the game with that playset selected.
