Smooths early-game difficulty. It caps how high enemy NPC gladiators can spawn in the early rounds and guarantees your own gladiators a minimum starting level, so the opening battles aren't lopsided. Enemies still grow stronger over time - they just stop spiking to Veteran ranks before you've had a chance to build your troop.
Requirements
BepInEx 5.x (x64 / Mono build) installed in the game folder
Installation
1. Make sure BepInEx 5 is installed (run the game once after installing it
so the BepInEx folders are created).
2. Extract this zip into:
\BepInEx\plugins
You should end up with:
...\BepInEx\plugins\EarlyGameBalance\EarlyGameBalance.dll
3. Launch the game. To uninstall, delete the EarlyGameBalance folder.
